Information About the Company

Touchstone Systems was founded in 1986 by Eric Serdahl and Eric Micko. Prior to that time they were doing business as Serdahl Light Systems and Micko & Associates. Their major customer at the time was TEXACO and the Texans wanted to do business with a company with a ficticious name, so the Erics chose a new name that represented the character of the company.

A "Touchstone" was used by ancient masters to test (assay) the purity of gold. With decades of experience, they could read the streaks made on the surface of a Touchstone and report the degree of purity to a high level of accuracy.

Products carry a 1 year unconditional warrantee and have contractual performance acceptance tests.
